Description/Notes:
Wetland/prairie area, north side of the Heart of Iowa Trail, west side of X Avenue, Slater, Iowa. Location precision: within a 4m radius. Flying near the ground and then stopped to bask on a clump of dried prairie grass. One flying in a straight line, then basking; other two meandering. 90-95% stratocumulus clouds, breezy, 56 F, dew point 39 F, relative humidity 53%. Survey from 1:51 to 2:37 pm CDT.
