Description/Notes:
Vegreville, Alberta. Location precision: estimated within a 4.2 km radius. Observed by Rob Hughes, Albertaleps News Group. "A September butterfly note. Along with Milbert's Tortoiseshell, Cabbage White, Clouded Sulfur, and Painted Lady, I've been seeing one Red Admiral since Sept. 7. Here are a couple of photos. [Nectaring on an Annual Sunflower cultivar.] Occasionally a bumble bee would disturb the butterfly, giving me a chance to get a photo with open wings."
